A midget walked into a tavern. He saw a horse tied to a chair with a hat turned upside on the chair with money in it.

The midget walked past the horse and asked the bartender,

"What is with the horse and the hat?"

The bartender smiled and said,

"We are holding a contest to see who can make this horse laugh! The winner gets all of the money in the hat"

The midget smiled, and then whispered into the horse's ear.

The horse started laughing uncontrollably, so the bartender gave the midget all of the money in the hat.

The next night, the midget came back in. He asked the bartender what the contest was this time. There was even more money in the hat. So the bartender repsonded,

"It's to make the horse cry now!"

A few minutes passed, and they came out.

The horse was bawling his eyes out, so the bartender asked,

"What did you do to him???"

He simply smiled and replied,

"Yesterday, I told him that my dick was bigger than his. Now, I showed him."
